Project Introduction
ROCKET RACK supplied a customized selective pallet racking system for a warehouse project in Singapore. The customer required a heavy-duty storage solution that could provide direct access to every pallet while making better use of the warehouse’s available vertical space.
Based on the pallet configuration and loading requirements, the system was designed with five storage levels and a loading capacity of 2,000 kg per level.
Customer Requirements
The warehouse required a pallet storage system that could support heavy palletized goods, store two pallets on each level, provide direct access to individual pallets, make effective use of the building height, maintain clear operating aisles, and allow storage levels to be adjusted when required.
Customized Solution
ROCKET RACK designed a selective pallet racking system measuring 2300 mm long, 800 mm deep, and 4500 mm high. Each bay includes five storage levels, with every level configured to accommodate two pallets. The beams are designed for a loading capacity of up to 2,000 kg per level.
The selective configuration gives warehouse operators direct access to every stored pallet. Adjustable beam positions also allow the vertical spacing to be adapted to different pallet heights and future storage requirements.
